Since Archie Harrison’s birth four months ago, we’ve seen barely a glimpse of the mini royal, with his parents, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, sharing only a few photos of their son on special occasions. But on Tuesday night, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex brought Archie along for his first official royal engagement during their 10-day tour of South Africa.

The internet almost broke from pure joy over seeing both photos and videos of the family taking Archie to meet Archbishop Desmond Tutu in Cape Town, which confirmed that Archie’s hair is indeed red, just like his dads, as earlier reports suggested.
Dressed in a pair of blue-and-white striped organic cotton dungarees from H&M, Archie looked every bit his father’s son – in fact, when you see side-by-side photos he’s almost identical to Prince Harry at the same age.
On Tuesday, Meghan talked about Archie while having afternoon tea with a Muslim family in Cape Town, saying that her newborn is a “good traveller.”
Waseefa Majiet, a friend of the hosts Shaamiela and Ibrahim Samodien, said of Meghan: “She was speaking about motherhood and the transition and said that Archie was a good traveller. She said the transition was quite smooth because he’s an easy baby and he was an easy traveller, Harry said he slept on his chest almost 11 hours (during the flight).”
