From rolling over your superannuation, to making an appointment with the dentist, we all have that mental to-do list of things that we want to get done but never quite get around to doing. And we’re guessing that getting your skin checked is right up there too. Thankfully, La Roche-Posay is coming to our rescue with a free (yes, free!) pop-up skin check at Sydney’s Bondi Beach.
The 365+ Summer Skin Lab by La Roche-Posay is now open to the public. It’s an educational hub where beach-goers can book in for a doctor-lead head-to-toe skin check (find out how to book here). The doctor will expertly map your moles and let you know if there are any spots you need to act on – or just keep an eye on. You can also keep your results for future skin checks – a plus as the experts recommend a yearly appointment.
Also at the hub is eye-opening education about the importance of applying sunscreen everyday (as in, all year, even during winter). You’ll see firsthand what your sunscreen – and how well you’re applying it – is achieving in the interactive See Your UV Space. There is also plenty of sampling of the cult-followed La Roche-Posay Anthelios range (yay!).
The 365+ Summer Skin Lab is in conjunction with skin-check crusader Jimmy Niggles, founder of the charity Skin Check Champions, a charity that encourages us all to get regular skin checks to put an end to deadly melanoma. The charity aims to conduct 2500 free, educational skin checks in 2021.
Make sure you’re one of them.
The 365+ Summer Skin Lab By La Roche-Posay is open to the public Thursday – Sunday each week from Thursday 10 December to Sunday 31 January 2021 at 10 Bondi Road, Bondi Beach. NSW.
