Overnight, Kate Middleton borrowed her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana’s, favourite tiara to attend the Queen’s winter party at Buckingham Palace.
The Duchess of Cambridge was seen wearing the Cambridge Lover’s Knot tiara as she arrived at the event with her husband, Prince William.

Though her full outfit wasn’t photographed, the mother-of-two looked every bit the perfect princess, wearing a diamond necklace, drop pearl earrings and a beaded white dress.

It’s not the first time Kate has worn Diana’s tiara, either.
She recently donned the piece during a state dinner with King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain and at the same event last December, paired with a red Jenny Packham gown.
