She nourishes from within
Diet plays a big part in how our skin looks, and as far as food goes, Roberts likes to keep thing wholesome.
โWe definitely try to eat mindfully,โ she told the Toronto Sun. โAs I always say to my kids, โYou have to eat the good stuff to get the good stuff.'โ
But itโs not all just lean greens and salmon, Roberts told People she loves her morning coffee as much as the next person and the carb-free life is definitely not for her.

She wears SPF every day
When it comes to celebrities with great skin, this is the golden rule they all seem to abide by.
โAs a responsible parent with three kids who love to be outdoors I rely totally on a good sunblock,โ Roberts told People.
She works out four times a week
Make no mistake, exercise can definitely enhance your glow. Roberts enjoys yoga for a daily dose of wellness, and also loves swimming, pilates and plyometrics (aka jump training).
โAccomplishment, clarity, energy, strength, joyโฆ these are all things I give myself through working out, and I can feel it in everything I do,โ she told The Independent.
But that doesnโt necessarily mean she enjoys every secondโฆ
โAfter 90 minutes [of plyometrics], Iโm lying in savasana like, โPhew! Iโm so glad thatโs behind me!'โ
