When Kenneth Branagh announced his plans to remake the 1974 classic film, Murder On The Orient Express, he was no doubt approached by a plethora of Hollywood heavyweights hoping to score a role. The film, which was based on the book of the same name by Agatha Christie, tells the story of famed detective Hercule Poirot, who boards the legendary Orient Express where a murder mystery begins to unravel.
Stars including Michelle Pfieffer, Judi Dench, Penélope Cruz, Johnny Depp, Daisy Ridley and Josh Gad signed on to star in the remake – and that’s just the tip of the iceberg!
