For their latest Cruise 2021 collection, Dior took to the streets of Puglia, Italy, paying homage to the traditional arts of the region with a spectacular show, complete with Puglian dancers accompanying models down the runway in the small town of Lecce.
While the in-person guest list was kept to local residents, the extravaganza was streamed globally and took everyone to the seaside town with stunning visuals and a collection that highlighted Italian craftsmanship in all its intricate glory.
After fawning over every meticulously-crafted piece in the show, which was first presented back in July, the Cruise collection is finally here to shop.
With many classics reimagined for our modern wardrobes, the collection is brimming with the accessories and silhouettes that will mark the fashion of this summer. Think head scarves, flowing dresses, strappy sandals, hints of tie dye and layers of statement jewels.
The finer details brought the magic. From hand-sewn beaded patterns on leather bags to embossed belts, intricate artistry gave iconic accessories a fresh update.
