After a spectacular 50th anniversary show in Central Park last September, Ralph Lauren’s repertoire of designing classic tailored pieces is more in demand than ever. Case in point? The American heritage brand’s signature styles – such as a silk crepe shirt or an authentic trench coat – are a tentpole of the modern woman’s wardrobe.
Thankfully, you don’t need to book a plane ticket in order to shop like New Yorker. Today, Ralph Lauren announced the opening of the first Polo Ralph Lauren Women’s store in Sydney’s iconic Queen Victoria Building – with a slate of additional boutiques opening around the county come September 2019 including; Indooroopilly and Sunshine Plaza, Queensland, Emporium, Victoria and Canberra Centre, Australian Capital Territory.
The building’s historic architecture style serves as an elegant backdrop for the Polo store’s traditional millwork detailing, the signature black and white finishes, and assortment of vintage fixtures.
