Anyone who attended the 2018 Alfa Romeo Portsea Polo will tell you firsthand that despite celebrity guests choppering in left, right and centre, marquees filled with champagne, canapes and dancefloors and – of course – the action on the field, the terrible weather was all anyone could think (or talk) about. Fast forward one year and Victoria turned on the heat for yesterday’s event held on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
Melbourne’s A-list didn’t disappoint, either, with Bec Judd hosting the celeb-filled JAGGAD marquee, Alfa Romeo bringing out former marie claire cover star Asher Keddie and supermodel Georgia Fowler popping Down Under for the day, turning heads in the Stella Artois marquee wearing a pastel blue Versace dress, no less.
