The occasion, Youtube star JoJo Siwa’s 16th birthday, called for Northie and P to walk their first ever carpet alone, dressed in their best, most funnest outfits for the night.

North took cues from her mother, Kim Kardashian West, and opted for hot pink bike shorts, a sparkly green top and metallic cross body bag, slung across her chest — just like her mother. Penelope went for a two-piece sparkle suit, which fit with the sparkly theme of the party. It was finished with a pair of matching sparkly combat boots.

It isn’t the first time either famous child have experienced media walls, photographers or attention. North famously asked her mother why paparazzi followed them everywhere — and her response was on point.

“Well, to get very technical, my name is Kim Kardashian. And daddy is Kanye West. And daddy is a singer. Performer. Artiste,” she said. “And mommy,” she continued, “has so many talents I can’t even begin to name them.” You can watch the video below:

North and Penelope have long been fans of Siwa, who shot to fame via the TV show Dance Moms. North was even recently invited to Siwa’s house to film an exclusive video, which chronicled the elder babysitting the younger for a day.
