With the royal wedding just a mere two weeks away, we’re still wondering which wedding dress Meghan Markle will wear to wed Prince Harry – though we do know she is likely to wear white. But what about her shoes?
Well while we’re not sure who will design them (her favourite fashion brands include Aruna Seth, Jimmy Choo and Aquazzura), we do know there are a few sartorial rules she will stick by, like height for example.
You see, there are only seven inches between Meghan and Harry, so she can’t go for a super high heel, however, that doesn’t mean she will opt for flats either.
Rainbow Club’s head of design, Joanne Stoker, says, ‘she’ll leave those to her flower girls, and if Kate and Will’s wedding is anything to go by – where we supplied the pretty satin ballet pumps – expect traditional styles to match adorable dresses.’
She will opt for a mid-height heel instead. As for the style, Meghan is likely to stick to her favoured pointy toe shoe, though open-toe is out of the question.
‘A pointed toe with a thin stiletto heel and strap detailing, we can rule out any chance of an open toe, it’s just not the royal way,’ confirms Joanne.
