Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have bid farewell to Australia, heading across the ditch yesterday to finish their royal tour in New Zealand.
Arriving in Wellington, the country’s capital city, the Duchess of Sussex wore a trench by NZ designer Karen Walker, proving she’ll continue the trend of supporting local designers, as she was doing while in Australia.

Meghan’s first New Zealand outfit consisted of a Karen Walker trench coat with a $60 ASOS black maternity dress underneath. She wore her favourite Sarah Flint tortoiseshell pumps and her hair pulled back into a bun.

For an evening reception with New Zealand’s Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, Meghan wore a custom Gabriela Hearst dress. The look is a variation of the designer’s ‘Herve’ dress, swapping the original piece’s thin spaghetti straps for cap sleeves. Meghan wore a pair of strappy heels by Stuart Weitzman, a pair of round diamond earrings from Birks and a necklace by New Zealand designer Jessica McCormack.

For a visit to one of Wellington’s most iconic cafes, Meghan wore black skinny jeans, black boots, a black turtleneck and a grey coat. She wore her hair pulled back into a ponytail.

For an event at the Auckland War Memorial Museum, Meghan Markle rewore an Antonio Berardi dress that she debuted in 2017 during one of her first public appearances supporting Prince Harry at a polo match. She paired last night’s outfit with gold hoop earrings, slingback pumps and a rare bright lip.
