Most of the time Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle step out of the house, the incredible designer clothes they’re wearing come with a hefty price tag or are one-off creations made especially for the royal women.
However, earlier this week Meghan Markle stepped out wearing one of her most affordable looks to date: a black off-the-shoulder dress by Marks & Spencer, which is just $86 AUD.
To attend the Royal Festival of Remembrance with Prince Harry, the Duchess of Sussex wore the bodycon design with her hair loose and black pumps. Arriving at Royal Albert Hall, she wore a Stella McCartney coat, before later taking it off to reveal her affordable dress.
Because the design was only just confirmed as being from Marks & Spencer, the ‘Meghan Effect’ hasn’t yet taken hold and the dress is – for now – still available to shop.
Run, don’t walk!
