RAISING THE STYLE STAKES
Recognised for its graphic, boxy shape in Epi leather and distinct logo clasp (a jewel-like feature which pivots to create the signature “LV” when locked in position), the Twist instantly cemented itself as a classic from the moment it appeared on the runway.
So, what’s the fresh twist on the it-bag in 2022? Look to the new ‘Gourmette’ lock, which takes the original monogram clasp and reinterprets it in a four-part combination of colourful strass, enamel, Monogram engraving, and metal engraving.
There are five colourways to choose from, and each style is enhanced with a faceted gold or silver chain which links to a leather shoulder strap. A DARK HORSE
Up-and-coming model Eve Jobs is fast becoming a name to know in the fashion set. Fronting this country-inspired campaign isn’t her first foray into the Louis Vuitton world, as the Apple heiress was spotted at the front row of the brand’s Fall 2022 show at Paris Fashion Week.
Dressed in looks from the womenswear FW 2022 collection (with a Twist handbag never far from reach), Eve showcases the new iterations of the Twist with strength and grace.
This season, the timeless black design is shaken up with pink strass and black enamel accents, while silver strass and pale blue enamel add a sleek fashion-forward touch to the Twist in pale quartz.
The vibrant blue iteration, on the other hand, evokes the feeling of a summer spent by the ocean with its blue strass and white enamel LV lock.
