Lady Gaga, a longtime master of Camp red carpet style, was one of the first celebrities to set foot at the 2019 Met Gala in one of the night’s most awe-inspiring outfits. Or should we say, four of the nights most awe-inspiring outfits? Gaga is one of tonight’s co-chairs, and she went all out for her hosting duties. To recap, the Met Gala theme for 2019 is Camp: Notes On Fashion. And what is more camp that a a giant pink dress, slowly devolving into four different looks?

The first look? The aforementioned voluminous neon pink dress by Brandon Maxwell, worn with jewels by Tiffany & Co. She went for a doll-like look with it, pairing it with a pink bow and giant lashes for an equally memorable beauty moment.

Gaga, ever the performer, then took the opportunity to swap into a second gown. As dancers surrounded her and Brandon helped make the transition, the A Star Is Born actress stepped out of her pink gown into a black, tight look with matching umbrella.
It’s Gaga though, so we couldn’t expect anything more than a third outfit change.
And then, of course, another to finish it off.
