Hugo Boss Just Held A ’90s Rave In Berlin To Debut Their New Collection

Complete with DJs, disco lights and fluorescent outfits

For Spring/Summer 2019, Hugo Boss‘ little brother label, Hugo, ditched the Big Apple and French capital, opting instead to host a runway show in its home country of Germany.

When you have a collection inspired by the creative energy and eclectic street style of Berlin, it only makes sense to host a show at Motorwerk, the original home of Berlin techno.

Creating the scene of an underground rave, the dimly lit, hazy warehouse was illuminated with flashing disco lights as models walked the runway in fluorescent yellow, graffiti-inspired prints and sheer slips.

And as for the front row? Models Winnie Harlow, Lottie Moss and Lucky Blue Smith joined the likes of actors Rob Raco and Jamie Campbell Bower to watch the show.

Following the finale, the night turned into an actual rave with a performance by Wiz Khalifa, followed by DJ sets from Berghain – Berlin’s most famous club – resident Marcel Dettmann, DJ Hell and Ellen Allien.
