It’s been ten years since the inception of Georg Jensen and The Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation’s (OCRF) collaboration on their iconic pendants.
Honouring the legacy of those affected by ovarian cancer, Georg Jensen x OCRF came together to raise vital funds for life-saving research and continue the fight against the disease.
Currently one of the most lethal cancers to women, ovarian cancer’s five-year survival rate has seen little improvement in decades and remains severely underfunded, receiving less than 0.7% of the Australian government’s medical research funding.
In fact, numbers of ovarian cancer are rising, with an average of five new diagnosis each day and the tragic passing of more than 1,000 women each year—that’s one mother, daughter, sister, niece, aunt and friend every eight hours.
It’s also why the decade-long partnership between Georg Jensen and the OCRF is such an important endeavour. In its 10 years, the Georg Jensen X OCRF partnership has raised over $500,000 for ovarian research, not to mention awareness and a voice for the disease.

This year’s pendant features a Forget-Me-Knot design inspired by the heartbreaking story of OCRF Ambassador Suki Paddington’s mother, Margy, who tragically lost her battle with ovarian cancer last year.
Available in two colourways, the sterling silver pendant retails for $295 with a $50 donation to the OCRF, and the 18kt gold pendant will retail for $1350 with a $200 donation to the charity.
