On Saturday night in New York City, the cast of Greta Gerwig’s upcoming film Little Women took to the red carpet for the world premiere.
Laura Dern, Emma Watson, Saoirse Ronan, Eliza Scanlen and Florence Pugh all posed together for photos wearing stunning gowns that perfectly complimented each other.

While Dern opted for blue sparkles and Ronan rocked her favouite designer, Gucci, Watson wore something rather unexpected: a vampy, gothic Balanciaga dress, complete with a lace bustier and plum lipstick.
Watson, who recently coined the term self-partnered for being single, wore her hair pulled back with ’90s tendrils and a thin gold headband, a black clutch bag and velvet thigh-high boots which we wouldn’t have seen at all had she not tucked the right side of her floor-length gown into the top of her boot.
The unexpected styling choice took Watson’s outfit from a rather normal red carpet look to something far more daring and she pulled it off perfectly.
The Harry Potter actress, who plays Meg March in the upcoming adaption, has been sharing snippets from filming on her Instagram, including calling her on-screen husband James Norton ‘the best’ and her co-stars eating cake between takes.
Little Women comes out in cinemas on 26 December.
