Hollywood descended up LA’s iconic Chateau Marmont to attend Max Mara’s “Face of the Future Award” cocktail party ahead of the Women in Film Awards. The evening’s honouree was Game of Thrones star Natalie Dormer. “I’m a good example of how one should keep going — it’s a marathon, not a sprint,” said the 34-year-old English actress at the event. “Whatever industry you want to be in, be in it for the long haul.” Speaking of the role that made her a household name, she added: ““I don’t think I would have been ready for it 10 years ago. I spent most of my twenties just working out who I am as a woman. So, now in my early thirties, I feel fully comfortable in my skin as an artist and individual.”
