While the first few months of a new year bring with it a sense of hope for what’s to come, what most of us are excited for is award season.
So, as the 2022 Critics Choice Awards premieres, all eyes are where they usually are—on the red carpet.
This year, Hollywood’s A-list brought the glamour from the real-life award ceremony itself, from Lady Gaga sporting a gasp-worthy Gucci number and Kristen Stewart donning a custom Dolce & Gabbana ensemble. The event really was a sight for sore eyes after the last two years of at-home attendance.
As for who took home the coveted accolades, Jessica Chastain won Best Actress for her role in The Eyes of Tammy Faye and Will Smith scored Best Actor for his work on King Richard.
As expected, Succession welcomed a winning streak with both Australia’s own Sarah Snook and Kieran Culkin for their supporting roles in the series.
