When Amal Clooney shoots, she scores not only for herself, but also for purveyors of timeless, elegant style. And in her latest red carpet appearance, the human rights lawyer nailed the brief once again as stepped out with husband George Clooney for the 2022 History Talks event in Washington, DC.
Amal’s head-turning ensemble consisted of a red sheer jumpsuit which featured a fitted, sleeveless lace bodice and flowing red trousers.
She finished the bold look with a matching red lip and wore her hair in long loose curls.
Meanwhile George Clooney looked dapper as ever in a sharp grey suit with his shirt unbuttoned at the top.
The glamourous appearance follows a busy week for the couple, who were pictured in NYC on September 22 for another glamourous night out sans their five-year-old twins, Alexander and Ella.
Snapped on the streets of Manhattan, Amal looked stunning in a black sequin mini-dress with black and gold strappy heels. George kept things very casual wearing a blue collared tee and jeans.
The following night, Amal and George were spotted once again at NYC’s Amtrak Station with the stylish lawyer wearing a cream knitted midi-dress featuring a turtle-neck collar. She added long black stiletto boots to finish.
The pure, straight up fashion of it all.
The Clooneys’ NYC trip appears to have taken place so that Amal could attend discussions with UN General Assembly.
The pair also presented at the History Talks, where they were joined by global leaders and trailblazers. The event’s aim was to “explore our nation’s past to understand our present and illuminate our future.”
