According to Lyst in December 2024, demand for both categories were up 352% month-on-month, a figure we don’t expect to wane into the new year.
For those wanting to tote around something less, well, tote-sized, east-west bags are the perfect alternative accessory. The elongated silhouette has been cropping up everywhere from Prada to Bally’s 2025 spring/summer collections and of course Alaïa’s viral Le Teckel bag, giving top-handle elegance within a smaller frame.
When it comes to colourways the brown suede continues to reign supreme as the chocolate colour trend continues its vice-grip over the style set.
