The Jumpsuit

It might not seem like an obvious work option, but jumpsuits are easier to wear than you’d think, and can be dressed up or down. We love this one because it’s cinched in at the waist, which creates a feminine silhouette.

Our tip when choosing a jumpsuit? Black is a perennially chic choice (and perfect for work). And don’t be afraid to layer; throw on a shirt over the top or underneath. (Worried about your shirt bunching up under the jumpsuit? Tuck it in to your pants. No one will know, trust us.)

The Pleated Skirt

If there was one piece that dominated street style snaps of New York Fashion Week, it was the pleated skirt. Victoria Beckham, Olivia Palermo – and every second street style star proved why pleated skirts are back in a big way.

We chose to pair ours with a black T-Blouse, for a more corporate look. But you could also opt for a ribbed singlet, oversized T-shirt or cashmere sweater depending on the level of formality at your office.

The Gaucho Pant

Everyone has a trusty pair of black trousers – but, with the shorter crop and wide leg, the gaucho pant offers a modern update on this tried-and-true office staple.

We paired ours with a black top and scarf, but you could try it with a T-shirt and denim jacket or an oversized knit for a more casual look.
