Bugaboo x We Are Handsome
There’s a reason the limited edition Bugaboo collections sell out almost instantly upon launch: the brand prides itself on its flawless pram designs, and collaborates only with those who share a similar ethos. This time around, Bugaboo has partnered with iconic Australian brand We Are Handsome (for the second time in a row) to create a toucan-inspired set that will appeal to any fashion-forward mum. The bold prints are a reflection of the brand’s creativity, while the breezy sun canopy design comes complete with UPF 50+ fabric and mesh inserts. But you better be quick – the first collaboration between the brands sold out in a hot minute.
Karl Lagerfeld x ModelCo
What do you get when you cross an iconic makeup brand with an equally iconic designer? Only one of the most sought-after limited edition beauty lines of the year. Comprising makeup brushes featuring Karl Lagerfeld’s head on top and light-up lipglosses, this line is a must for any collector.
Jets x Jessica Gomes
In May, Jets debuted six sexy yet streamlined swimwear cuts at Australian Fashion Week – all designed by Aussie model Jessica Gomes. Rather than focus on trend-driven cuts and colours though, Gomes utilised a black and champagne colour palette and signature silhouettes. Bring on summer (again!).
H&M x Moschino
While this collection is yet to launch, it’s already one of the most highly anticipated of the year thanks to designer Jeremy Scott’s whimsical take on fashion. Mark your diaries: the collaboration will hit stores worldwide on November 8.
Ikea x Off White
Everyone you know might own a piece of Ikea furniture, but you’re going to have to be quick to get in on the brand’s latest collaboration with Off White designer Virgil Abloh. Touted as “must-have pieces for millennials”, the line features everyday objects with a street style twist. But make no mistake, this is furniture you can keep for decades: “The essence of the project is not just us designing something cool for cool’s sake,” says Abloh. “I’m trying to invest an artistic quality in things that you already have.” The collection is due to drop in 2019.
Dolce & Gabbana x Smeg
It seems an unlikely coupling, but the Dolce & Gabbana x Smeg collaboration is certainly a memorable one. The Italian fashion designers have created a series of chic prints for the appliance line that will bring any kitchen to life. Sure, a $45,000 fridge might be pricey, but imagine the comments you’ll get at your next dinner party?! The collection isn’t available in Australia until 2019 though, so you should probably start saving now (and maybe sell your house while you’re at it).
Miranda Kerr x Royal Albert
Following the success of the supermodel’s past collaborations with Royal Albert, Miranda Kerr is back again with another – and this time around, it focuses on her love of nature. Peonies and butterflies adorn the Insta-worthy fine china pieces, which are set to drop into stores from June 2018.
