In case you haven’t been paying attention, Céline Dion is a living comedy legend and fashion icon. The 51-year-old has proven she can turn any song into a tear-jerking power ballad while appearing on The Late Late Show‘s spin-off viral series Carpool Karaoke with James Corden.
The superstar took a break from her Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace Casino to belt out some classics including; It’s All Coming Back To Me Now, Because You Loved Me and Titanic theme song My Heart Will Go On.
Opening up about the dark side of fame, the Canadian-born Grammy winner shared a heartbreaking story about the birth of her son. “I don’t even have him in my arms yet and look to the left and there’s a television camera there and a doctor is announcing live on television that it’s a beautiful baby boy … I’m saying to myself my baby is on television and I haven’t even held him yet.”
For their final duet, Dion and Cordon took centre stage on the edge of a boat in the middle of the fountains outside Caesars Palace casino with Cordern donning a comical Leonardo Dicaprio costume. It’s truly epic.
