Miranda Kerr Reveals Her First Impression Of Husband Evan Spiegel

And it's not exactly romantic

Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel recently celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary, but it seems things weren’t always smooth sailing for the pair. In an interview with New Beauty, Kerr reflects on the couple’s first meeting back in 2014.

“I thought, Oh, this guy is cute,” Kerr said. “But wow, his skin is flaky!”

Luckily for the pair, Kerr founded skincare line KORA Organics in 2009, meaning she could overcome that particular hurdle.

“I was like, ‘Why don’t you try this,’ and I gave him the Noni Glow Face Oil,” Kerr said. “Ever since, he hasn’t stopped using it! He always says, ‘Oh my God, Miranda, this is the only product that has helped my dry skin.’ Now, he won’t go anywhere without it,” Kerr, who’s now pregnant with the couple’s second child, continued.

Kerr and Spiegel announced their engagement in 2016, via Snapchat Bitmoji of course.

The KORA Organics founder and Snapchat CEO welcomed son Hart 10-months ago. Kerr also shares 8-year-old son Flynn with ex-husband Orlando Bloom.

The couple is now expecting their second child. “Miranda, Evan, Flynn and Hart are looking forward to welcoming the newest member to their family”, a spokesperson confirmed to the publication.

Kerr recently opened up about the importance of family. “My team understands that my family comes first—I’m going to come into the office after I drop my son to school, [or] do a conference call when my little baby is napping,” Kerr told InStyle.

“When people know what to expect, you can manage those expectations. It’s also important that my kids see that I’m a working mum and I have my own business and that their dad has his own business and we both work hard and money doesn’t grow on trees!

“Of course you want to spoil them, [but] that’s how my parents raised me and that’s why I have the work ethic [that I do].”
