Youโd think that future Queen of England Kate Middleton had done her dash when it comes to the everyday working life of a commoner, but it turns out that the mother-of-three was doing hands on experience as recently as last week.
While the exact details of her work experience have been kept under wraps, the Duchess of Cambridge completed two days with the Maternity unit of Kingston Hospital in London from Tuesday the 25th of November to Thursday 27th November.
According to Hello!, Kate visited the antenatal, postnatal and labour wards while on the unit and also accompanied a community midwife on an external visit, which would be quite the surprise for any expectant mother.

The reason for the visit is likely to do with Kateโs ongoing charity work which generally centres around young children.
Kate is, of course, no stranger to hard work. Prior to joining the royal family, the 37-year-old studied at university, making her one of the first princesses to have a degree. She then worked in retail for her parentโs company, Party Pieces, a brand that sells high-end party supplies for birthdays, weddings and celebrations in general.
After that, Kate became an accessories buyer for fashion brand Jigsaw, something that according to the brandโs co-founder, Belle Robinson, she was impressive at. โI have to say I was so impressed by her,โ Belle told the Evening Standard back in 2003. โThere were days when there were TV crews at the end of the drive. Weโd say: โListen, do you want to go out the back way?โ And sheโd say: โTo be honest, theyโre going to hound us until theyโve got the picture. So why donโt I just go, get the picture done, and then theyโll leave us alone.โโ
