Blake Lively has taken to Instagram to celebrate her post-baby weight loss and thank her personal trainer, Don Saladino.

After giving birth to her second child, daughter Ines, in 2016, Lively hit the gym, taking 14 months to lose the weight she had gained during her pregnancy.
Kudos to the actress for being honest about the hard work it took to get her pre-baby body back, and taking the time to do it in a healthy way – no crash dieting necessary.
