Victoria Beckham doesn’t shy away from spending a not-so-small fortune on beauty products – she wasn’t called Posh Spice for nothing. But between the La Mer lotions and Lancer Caviar peels she favours (along with ultra-luxe Burberry foundation, Byredo perfume and Oribe shampoo and conditioner), the fashion designer harbours a budget beauty secret: Weleda Skin Food.

Given her penchant for eye-wateringly expensive skincare, we believe Beckham all the more when she sings the praises of this cheap-as-chips beauty buy: if it’s up to her exacting standards, it must be something special.
“What I love about it is that it’s not particularly expensive and you can find it anywhere,” she tells Into The Gloss. “The formula is so thick and buttery.”
“When I have a tan, I’ll mix it with coconut oil – the same you use to cook with – and cover my entire body with it,” she shares. “I suppose some people may not like the greasiness, but it helps me hold onto the colour. And by the time I leave the house, I feel as if it’s really sunk in. Like my skin’s had a good drink.”

Beckham isn’t the only celebrity to love Weleda Skin Food – Victoria’s Secret angel Stella Maxwell is also a fan.
