Pre-Lily, Bella Hadid posted a photo with a mop of tight curls, then sister Gigi followed suit. Now, Hailey Baldwin has joined Team Perm, and we’re calling it: ringlets are about to start trending again.

The ‘80s throwback is ripe for a revival – storied fashion houses like Saint Laurent and Alexandre Vauthier have riffed on the decade’s biggest signatures – think lurex and oversized silhouettes – for the past few seasons and now the beauty world is joining the party.
