Stock Up On These Ordinary Products Before The Company Closes Its Doors

Say goodbye to its cult classics

Say it isn’t so. Popular skincare brand The Ordinary and parent company Deciem are closing. The announcement that the company will be shutting down operations comes after months of bizarre Instagram posts by founder Brandon Truaxe.

Back in February, Truaxe, the company’s CEO, fired some of his senior staff members and took the helm of the brand’s social media accounts where he began posting perplexing and seemingly-erratic messages.

A report by now defunct site Racked, painted a picture of chaos behind the scenes at Deciem, meanwhile Truaxe appeared to be unravelling on social media.

On Wednesday, Truaxe took to the Deciem Instagram account to announce the company’s closure.

“Hi everyone, I’m Brandon Truaxe, founder of Deciem. This is the final post of Deciem. We will shut down all operations until further notice, which will be about two months,” he announced on video.

Filming from the backseat of a car, Truaxe continues to make extremely shocking claims about the company: “Almost everyone at Deciem has been involved in a major criminal activity which includes financial crimes and much other. You have no idea what a soldier I’ve been for more than 13 years, I’ve been made fun of as a porn actor and as a f** drug dealer and everything for 13 years. It’s all ending now.”

Truaxe launched Deciem five years ago and it quickly became one of the buzziest beauty brands on the planet, mainly because of its products with high efficacy, but low price tags.

So, with just two months to stock up on The Ordinary, these are the best products to buy in bulk stat!
