My first trimester of pregnancy was… a little challenging. You forget what it’s like, even though I’ve had three other children. But I’m feeling really grateful and blessed to be able to bring another little soul into this world. It is quite a miracle.

While I’m pregnant I like to use…products, like the Kora Organics Noni Glow Body Oil and Body Lotion for stretch marks. I’m consistent with my skincare too. I’ve used the Noni Bright Vitamin C Serum for my past three pregnancies, [as] you can get pigmentation when you are pregnant.

My mum always taught me… to clean my face well before going to bed every night. Even if you haven’t had makeup on, I double cleanse with the Kora Milky Mushroom Cleansing Oil and Turmeric Glow Foaming Cleanser, and my desert island product is the Kora Turmeric Brightening & Exfoliating Mask. I prep with my Kora Minty mist.

I’m crazy about organisation… If I’m not using it, I don’t want to see it in my bathroom. On my face I have always used Noni Glow Face Oil. I’ve also been using the plant stem cell retinol alternative serum, which is a 5% active blended plant based bakuchiol, with organic alfalfa extract and plant stem cell extracts. It really helps firm and plump the skin. I also use the new moisturizer morning and night. It’s a powerhouse moisturizer; it’s got bakuchiol and alfalfa and also natural peptides, which really helps skin, especially now that I am 40 and pregnant.

It all starts with beautiful skin… So once we have that healthy glow, then you can apply a little bit of makeup and it will go a long way. Being pregnant, I’m a lot more cautious of what I even use on my skin in terms of makeup. I try to lead to more natural products, like Rahu hair care, Westman Atelier, RMS beauty and the Ilia mascara is good. I do have a couple of Charlotte Tilbury products mixed in there for 20% indulgence.

When I’m not pregnant… I love doing the sauna and then spa. So now I can’t do that; instead I’m doing the prenatal yoga I did when I was pregnant with Flynn. It’s called Kundalini prenatal yoga. It’s like so it’s a DVD that I know it sounds so old school. It’s just really soothing.

I still do… my celery juice. I’m very into walking, pregnancy yoga, pregnancy massage and spending time outside in nature. [I eat] lots of healthy organic foods, and a little indulgence here and there. It’s good for the spirit.
