Miranda Kerr is well known for her glowing complexion, often attributed to the model’s wellness routine and skincare rituals.
The 37-year-old has previously revealed her love for dry body brushing and crystal face tools, and also has a preference for natural and organic skincare, relying mostly on her own brand, Kora Organics.
But recently, the mum-of-three spoke about her troubles with pigmentation, saying she’s experienced the skin issue ever since her first pregnancy.
“And I have three children now; a six-month-old, a two-year-old and a nine-year-old,” she said in the video for Vogue Paris.
Kerr said she believes the “basis of great makeup is actually great skincare”, and before foundation, preps her skin with a vitamin C serum and turmeric face cream, both of which are known for their brightening properties.
But for coverage and an instant evening-out of the complexion, Kerr used RMS Beauty Un Cover-Up Cream Foundation, calling out it’s ‘beautiful texture’ as she applied it with a stippling brush.
The foundation is described as a radiant, lightweight cream, that’s ideal for ‘correcting skin tone’. The brand, RMS, use only raw, food-grade and organic ingredients in their natural state, with this particular product featuring cold-pressed jojoba and coconut oil.
One Mecca customer wrote, “when I wear this I get so many compliments on my skin, and many people think my skin is so good [that] I’m not using foundation.”
The reviewer also advised that sweeping on this product ‘won’t work’ and it’s best to adopt a ‘finger-tapping’ method when applying.
Other products Kerr used throughout her tutorial was a blush from La Prairie and Charlotte Tilbury’s Airbrush Flawless Finish Finishing Powder ($70, charlottetilbury/au).
