Kylie Jenner is as famous for her lip fillers as she is for… we’ll come back to that later. And now, she’s revealed that her biggest concern during pregnancy was that her baby girl would inherit what she perceives as her biggest beauty flaw: thin lips.
In a new YouTube Q&A video with Jordyn Woods, Kylie admits she’s thankful her five-month-old daughter has inherited her father’s full pout, marie claire US reports.
“Stormi reminds me, she’s my twin,” she says. “Now she’s like, looking a lot more like her dad. The one thing I was insecure about, she has – she has the most perfect lips in the whole entire world. She didn’t get those from me.”
Kylie’s lip fixation started when a boy she kissed said her lips were “really small.”
In a 2016 interview with Complex magazine, she revealed: “This guy I kissed was like, ‘Your lips are really small but you’re a really good kisser. I didn’t think you were gonna be good at kissing.’ It was so rude. From then on, I just felt like I saw guys staring at my lips. I felt like no one wanted to kiss me.”
Although she used to lie about getting lip fillers, she’s now open about her reliance on the “painful” procedure.
“When you first get them done, you’re like, ‘Oh, it could be a little bit bigger on that side.’ I’d go back and be like, ‘They went down’ and think they could be bigger. But I went too far. It was very painful,” she has said.
