She’s the professional Ironwoman, surf lifesaver, model and mum of two who happens to be married to Australian cricketer David Warner. Her work and life sees her constantly on the sand, sun and cricket field sidelines, so we quizzed Candice Warner on the summer skin secrets she relies on below.
What are your go-to summer beauty tips?
Never leave home without moisturised legs (Alpha Keri Skin Moisture Boost Lotion is my fave – super-fast absorbing and great for my sensitive skin!) and always wear zinc or sunscreen on my face.
Is there a sunscreen you love?
I am very strict about all of us wearing sunscreen whenever we are outside – and I take it everywhere with us. At the moment, we’re using Aspect Envirostat dry touch sunscreen SPF50.
What’s your average day on a plate?
Most mornings I start the day with egg whites and avocado. Mid-morning I’ll have an almond milk latte and some almonds. For lunch it can be a chicken salad or sushi or even some eggs on toast. For an afternoon snack I generally go for some dairy-free hummus with carrots or I’ll have a handful of berries. For dinner it’s mostly meat and three veggies.
