It’s official: bold brows are more than a passing fad. Regular brow shape/wax/tint appointments can now be found in all of our iCals, but if you’re yet to book in for the month of May, this is an initiative you need to know about.
Benefit (i.e. the original brow gurus) will donate 100 per cent of all profits from their brow wax services in May to three charities that work to empower women and girls in difficult situations: Look Good Feel Better, Fitted For Work and Sister 2 Sister.
You know what that means: book a wax at a Benefit BrowBar in Myer and you’ll be supporting their Bold Is Beautiful philanthropy campaign at the same time as getting your arches perfected.
This year, Benefit has also partnered with Sydney-based fashion label Skin and Threads for a limited edition t-shirt. Emblazoned with ‘Hero’ in hot pink metallic foil, the tee is $49 and, just like the BrowBar services, all profits will be donated to the above three charities.
Since its launch in 2015, Benefit has raised and donated $600,000 in Australia alone, and over $US11-million globally. You can buy the t-shirt at Skin and Threads concept stories within Myer and online here.
