Her personal trainer, Beverley Hills based Gunnar Peterson, has revealed to Us Weekly just how hard the Victoria’s Secret model works to maintain her enviable physique.

Peterson has trained stars of the likes of Kim and Khloe Kardashian, Sofia Vergara and Jennifer Lopez – so pretty much all of the hottest bods in LA – and this is how he does it.

Under his regime, Jenner exercised “almost every single day.” “People will find it hard to believe, that girl squats, dead-lifts and does pull-ups,” Peterson says. “[Plus] a lot of sled-pushing, a lot of lateral banded work, up and down the track, and a lot of very high-intensity cardio intervals.”

We don’t know what a lot of that means, but it sounds intense.
