The newly crowned Pantene Pro-V ambassador chatted to marie claire about her hair, skin and fitness prep in the lead-up to her wedding day, from how she keeps her signature blonde locks looking so good to the one beauty treatment that’s transformed her skin.

What’s your best tip for amazing hair?

For me healthy, strong hair always looks amazing. I’m conscious that maintaining healthy hair requires maintenance from the inside out, so I try to eat the right foods and look after my hair with the right products. I also like to be consistent when it comes to washing my hair after it’s been styled for events. Product build up can really dry it out and be quite damaging, so I always shampoo and condition before re-styling.

What are your go-to hair products?

I can’t live without hair spray – my hair can be a little frizzy so it’s an absolute necessity, especially for events. I always start with Pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal Shampoo and 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner. This combination is my favourite because it’s really hydrating and protects my hair against everything I put it through! And I love dry shampoo for a quick fix.

What skincare products do you swear by?

I love La Prairie Skin Caviar – it’s a little bit indulgent, but a girl has to have her vices!

Are you having any regular beauty treatments in the lead-up to your wedding?

For my skin I’m getting Clear and Brilliant laser treatments, and I’m so happy with the results. It leaves your skin looking fresh and glowy. I don’t tend to use face masks – I’m not a facial girl, which is why I’m using laser treatments instead.

What will your exercise routine involve in the lead-up to your wedding?

I try exercise every day – even if that’s just going for a long walk.  For me, I need to mix it up, so moving in to summer I’ll add swimming, I’m also doing Infinite Cycle sessions for toning, and of course, a little TRM (The Robards Method!).

Have you changed your diet at all?

I’m more conscious of what and when I eat, but really, moderation…and a little piece of chocolate!

Have you decided on your wedding day hair and make-up?

I have something in mind… I’m testing different looks to see what I like, making sure that it complements the dress. If anyone has any suggestions, I’m all ears!
